1.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued only if the product fails to reach the customer’s specified delivery address.

- Customers must notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date if a product does not arrive.
- Upon verification, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
1.3 Refunds are not applicable for any other reason beyond non-delivery.
2. Exchange Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are allowed only if the product is damaged or broken during shipping.
2.2 Process for Exchange:
- Customers must report damaged items within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Proof of damage, such as photographs or videos, must be provided via email at info@abisolaqua.com.
- Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped at no additional cost.
2.3 Exchanges are not applicable for issues unrelated to shipping damage.
